REGISTRATION

1. International Participants must register through EDAS:  https://edas.info/N33761
Choose the appropriate registration type (regular/student, presenter/non-presenter).

2. Indonesian (Local) Participants must register by transferring the conference fee to the following account:

Note: Please add IDR 1 to the total amount for verification purposes. Example: IDR 3.000.001
After payment, please email the transfer receipt to [email protected], and include the Paper ID in both the email and the payment note.

1. One registration covers one paper presentation.
2. Registered authors may upload:
Up to two (2) final papers for regular registrants.
Only one (1) final paper for student registrants.
3. On-site registration is available only for audience/non-presenters.
4. All accepted papers must be presented. If a registered presenter cannot attend, a qualified representative must present the paper on their behalf.

1. Local Participants: Those affiliated with institutions located in Indonesia.
2. International Participants: Those affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia.
3. Student: Must be enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program. Valid student ID must be submitted.

1. Official receipts will be provided at the Registration Desk during the conference.
2. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation, based on the EDAS registration name. 
3. Please ensure your name is spelled correctly in EDAS. The committee is not responsible for misspelled names.
4. Changes or reprints will incur a fee of USD 50 (international) or IDR 100.000 (local).

All registrations are non-refundable.
Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In the event of uncontrollable conditions (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), the COMNEWS 2025 Committee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference without notice or compensation. The committee is released from all related responsibilities.
